Warranty
Sunline Medical guarantees new equipment other than accessories to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of eighteen months (six months for spare parts) from date of shipment under normal use and service. Our company's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, at our company's option, any part which upon our company's examination proves defective,we are responsible to provide solutions and prepare the spare parts.
Technical Training
Sunline Medical provides free technical & service training to the technical & sales staff of distributors for the related products and will further provide technical assistance via e-mail, MSN or Skype as requested by the distributors.
